DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Standard shipments will ship via USPS, UPS or DHL depending on your location. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Orders placed for overnight service before 11:00 AM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends). Saturday delivery is not available at this time.

HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S TERRITORIES

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All international orders are shipped via USPS International, and are typically delivered within 6-10 business days from the date that it is shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship packages both DDU and DDP. Packages shipped DDU will be subject to import fees upon collecting their package. For packages shipped DDP, duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase, and no additional amount is owed upon final delivery.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
